1. Agreement To These Terms

This site is operated by Digital Real Estate Strategy ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site, placing an order, or using anything you receive from us, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

2. What You Are Buying

The Real Estate Success Accountability Planner order includes a printed planner mailed to your address plus immediate online access to the video trainings described on the order page. Optional upgrades and additional programs may be offered after checkout; each states its own price and what it includes before you buy it.

These are educational and training materials. They are tools and instruction — not a service performed on your behalf, not done-for-you marketing, and not a supply of leads, listings, appointments or clients.

3. Pricing, Payment And Billing

• All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars.
• The planner order is a one-time charge. It is not a subscription and there is no automatic rebill attached to it.
• If you choose an optional program offered on a payment plan, the schedule and amount are shown before you agree, and you may cancel future payments at any time by emailing us.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By ordering you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown, including applicable tax and shipping.
• Comparison or "value" figures shown next to an offer describe what the included items are sold for individually or have been sold for previously. They are a description of the bundle's value, not a promise of resale value or future pricing.
• We may change prices or discontinue an offer at any time. Changes never affect an order you have already completed.

4. Digital Delivery And Account Access

Digital trainings unlock immediately after payment and are accessed through an account created with the email address you used at checkout. Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Access is granted to you personally, for your own use, and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

We aim to keep access available continuously, but we may need to take the site down briefly for maintenance or updates. If a training is ever retired, we will make a comparable replacement available or refund you.

5. Shipping The Printed Items

• We currently ship printed items to addresses in the United States and Canada.
• Standard delivery normally arrives within three weeks. With the Fast 5 Upgrade it normally arrives in under one week. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can cause delays outside our control.
• You are responsible for giving us a correct, complete shipping address. Email us before it ships and we will correct it at no charge.
• If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we replace it free. You never need to ship anything back.

6. Refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not completely satisfied, email us within 30 days of your order date and we refund every cent you paid, including shipping. Nothing needs to be returned and you keep the printed planner and the trainings. Full details, including replacements for damaged or lost printed items, are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any particular result. Real estate is an independent, commission-based business, and what you achieve depends on your own effort, consistency, experience, licensing, market conditions and many other factors outside our control.

Any testimonial, review, story, figure or example on this site reflects one individual's experience. Those experiences are not typical, are not averages, and should not be taken as a promise or projection of what you or anyone else will earn, close or achieve. Many people who buy training materials do not apply them and get no result at all.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage or professional advice. We are not your broker, attorney, accountant or fiduciary. You remain solely responsible for complying with your license requirements, your brokerage's rules, your local real estate laws, and all advertising, calling, texting, emailing and do-not-call regulations that apply to how you prospect — including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and any applicable state equivalents.

8. Intellectual Property

All content we provide — checklists, videos, worksheets, scripts, text, graphics, logos and the design of this site — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own real estate business.

You may not copy, republish, resell, distribute, share logins, record, translate, or create derivative or competing training products from our materials, or use them to train an automated or AI system, without our written permission. We may revoke access, without refund beyond the guarantee period, for violations of this section.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other users' accounts, or any system connected to it.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site, scrape it at scale, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not submit false payment information or place fraudulent orders.
• Do not harass our team or other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel an order with a full refund.

10. Third-Party Services And Links

We rely on third parties such as payment processors, print and shipping partners, hosting and email providers, and advertising and analytics platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms. We may link to other websites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

11. Advertising Disclaimers

This site and its content are in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. This site and its content are in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or affiliated with Google LLC, YouTube or any Alphabet company. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies.

12. Limitation Of Liability

Our materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our materials.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or your failure to comply with laws that apply to your own real estate and prospecting activity.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter — most issues are settled by a single email. If that fails, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to that venue, unless the consumer law of your home jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

15. Changes And General Terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes; the effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us. Effective September 28, 2026.
