Refunds — 30 Days, Keep Everything
Use the planner for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we refund you in full.
- You have 30 days from your order date to request a refund.
- We refund every cent you paid — the $4.99, the shipping, and the Fast 5 Upgrade if you added it.
- One email is all it takes. No forms, no phone call, no explanation required.
- Nothing to ship back — the printed planner stays yours.
- You keep all 3 video trainings and every bonus you unlocked.
- Refund requests are handled within 1 business day and returned to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges On Printed Items
Because the printed planner is made and mailed for you, we don't ask for physical returns. We replace instead.
- Arrived damaged, misprinted or incomplete? Email us a photo and we ship a replacement free — you do not return the damaged copy.
- Package lost in the mail? If standard shipping passes 3 weeks (or fast shipping passes 1 week), tell us and we reprint and reship at no cost.
- Wrong address entered at checkout? Email us before it ships and we correct it. If it already shipped, we'll work out the cheapest way to get a copy to you.
- Digital trainings never need an exchange — they stay in your account permanently, even after a refund.

Subscriptions and payment plans: if you ever join something billed on a payment plan, you can cancel future payments any time by emailing us — the one-time $4.99 planner order has no subscription and no auto-billing attached to it.
