Privacy Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver it, and support you afterward. We never sell your personal information. This page explains exactly what we gather, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Digital Real Estate Strategy ("we", "us", "our"). We sell printed and digital real estate training materials, including the Real Estate Success Accountability Planner. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using this site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions can be sent any time to JL@DigitalRealEstateStrategy.com.
2. Information You Give Us
When you place an order or contact us, we collect only what we need to fill it:
- Name and email address, so we can send your receipt and your training access.
- Shipping address, so your printed planner can be mailed to you (we ship to the United States and Canada).
- Phone number, only if you choose to give it to us.
- Order details — what you bought, the amount, the date, and whether you added an upgrade.
- Any message you send us by email, including support and refund requests.
3. Payment Information
We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the amount, and a token that identifies the transaction.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically so the site works correctly and so we can measure which pages people find useful:
- Device and browser type, screen size, and operating system.
- IP address and approximate region (city or state level — never a precise location).
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and the link or advertisement you arrived from.
- Error and performance data, so we can fix problems on the site.
5. Cookies And Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary — they keep your cart and your checkout session working. Others help us understand traffic and measure our advertising.
We may use advertising and analytics tools provided by third parties, including Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking) and Meta Platforms (the Facebook and Instagram pixel and conversions API). These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers to record that you visited this site or completed a purchase, so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people with similar interests. They do not receive your card number.
You can control cookies in your browser settings and delete them at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working. You can also opt out of personalized advertising directly with the platforms, using Google Ads Settings, Meta's ad preferences, or the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Where required, we honor browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If sharing data with advertising partners for measurement or audience building is treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under your state's law, you may opt out by emailing us.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To take payment, deliver your digital trainings, and print and mail your order.
- To provide support, answer questions, and process refunds or replacements.
- To send order-related messages such as receipts, access links and shipping updates.
- To send follow-up emails about related offers and training, if you choose to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honor it promptly.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargeback fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
7. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job for us, and only for that purpose:
- Payment processing — Stripe.
- Printing and shipping — our print and fulfillment partners and the postal or courier service delivering your order.
- Hosting, database and email delivery providers that run this site and send your receipts.
- Analytics and advertising measurement providers, including Google and Meta Platforms.
- Professional advisers, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to respond.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or reorganized — your information would remain protected by this policy.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep order and payment records for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes — generally seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded or aggregated.
9. How We Protect It
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information and we will notify you if a breach affecting your data occurs.
10. Your Rights And Choices
Wherever you live, you may email us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within one business day and will complete verified requests within the time limits the law allows.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with similar law, you also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (filling your order), legitimate interests (improving and securing the site, preventing fraud), consent (marketing email and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email JL@DigitalRealEstateStrategy.com from the address you used with us so we can verify the request.
11. Children
This site is intended for working real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. International Visitors
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information there. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, protected by appropriate safeguards where required.
13. Third-Party Links
The site may link to other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Please read their policies before giving them information.
14. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Effective September 28, 2026.
15. Contact Us
